Luma theme from Super Mario Galaxy

Chocobo theme from Final Fantasy (version 4)

The Chocobo Theme is the leitmotif of the series’s mascot chocobo, a usually yellow bird often usable as a steed. Each game uses a different mix of the central melody arranged in a particular style of music. It was composed by Nobuo Uematsu for Final Fantasy II, the game where chocobos debuted.

I will record this soon on my video channel for classical guitar, in the mean time you can find the MIDI render on Soundcloud.

SeeD from Final Fantasy VIII

This piece was a friend’s favourite so I decided to arrange it for flutes. You can find the MIDI rendering on Soundcloud.

SeeD is a mercenary force in Final Fantasy VIII whose operatives graduate from Balamb Garden. SeeD is a mercenary force for hire, conducting missions around the world as battle support and undercover operatives. Their services are requested by governments and civilians; their tasks range from providing military support to protecting civilians to slaying monsters.

Played during the various battle meetings between the SeeD, the musical extract “SeeD” is considered to be the theme of the elite mercenary group.
